Roll Bending Guidelines
- Coils and Hoops (360 degree bends) should be no greater than 40″ radius. Minimum radius of 8 times tubing O.D.
- Hoops and other curvatures can be held to a tighter tolerance ( +/- .03″ ). The larger the tube OD/radius, and developed length, the greater the tolerance.
- Developed lengths to 8 feet.
