Integral bond to cable insulation. Materials Nut: High Temperature (250° C) Standard Temperature(125° C)   polyphenylene sulphide / polyester polycarbonate Washer: Teflon     Ferrule: High Temperature (250° C) Standard Temperature (125° C)   polyethermide resin acetal Cable Standard is 16 AWG copper wire, 41/32 silver plated strands with white silicone rubber insulation. Other wire options are available, as well as, shielding. Contact: Beryllium copper per QQ-C-530, gold plated per MIL-G-45204, Type II, Class 1. Molded Head: Silicone rubber per ZZ-R-765, Class I.   "O" ring style tip is available to mate with both 20 KV and 25 KV LGH style receptacles.
